    Registration fee includes the access to the Virtual Conference for two days, and any related material.

     

  • Data Usage and Processing:

    By filling out the registration form, the participant gives consent to EFGCP to process the data provided within the framework of the training and in compliance with the GDPR Legislation. This includes the following, unless registered participants object:

    • All personal details needed for the applicant’s participation at the training - invoicing, participant list (not shared with other participants), any types of Certificates, contact about the registration, etc.

    Data collection and processing: Personal Data and Contact Information will be exclusively used within the framework of registration to the aforementioned event and will not be shared publicly. The collected data are stored on a secured server and encrypted. Payment data via Credit Card are encrypted and will not stored by EFGCP.

    Right of access: applicants have a right to access and ask for changing or deleting their personal data and pictures.

    All prices displayed in this form are VAT excl. unless stated otherwise.

  • You will be automatically moved to the corresponding room when the Break-Out Sessions will begin.

    /! During the Conference, there will be no ways to switch to another room or to attend another break-out session than the one you select. Changes can be made before the begining of the conference by writing us an email at events@efgcp.eu . /!

                    • DIRECT ONLINE PAYMENT:

                      Your payment will be immediatly processed and you will receive a receipt by email. An invoice will be sent within the next 5 open days together with the Registration Confirmation.

                      For VAT in Reverse Charge, please select the "Payment on Invoice" solution.

                      IMPORTANT: Some Credit Cards may not be accepted through this form. In case your payment isn't processed, please select the "Payment on Invoice" solution. We will provide you with a link to pay online without the form intermediary in the confirmation email. 

                    • PAYMENT ON INVOICE:

                      You will receive a confirmation by email within the next 5 working days including an invoice, our bank account information for a bank transfer, and a link to pay online with a credit card. We will require that you process the payment by bank transfer as soon as possible and at least before the day of the Conference.

                      Should your invoice be unpaid on the day of the conference, we will require that you pay by Credit Card to access the Sessions.

                    • CANCELLATION POLICY

                    • All cancellations must be in writing by email to events@efgcp.eu.

                      Cancellations received before 15 September 2021 are subject to a charge of 25% of the registration fees for administrative costs. From 15 September 2021 on, full payment will be requested and refunds will not be provided.

                      Replacements by colleagues, i.e. transfer of the registration at no extra cost, are much welcome.

                    • Data Protection: By filling out the registration form, the participant gives consent that EFGCP can process the data provided within the framework of the conference. This includes, unless registered participants object, all handling needed for the applicant’s participation at the conference and for the drafting of a list of participants, process the Q&As sessions, produce Certificates, and any tools required to enable remote attendance to the conference .

                      Right of access: applicants have a right to access and ask for changing or deleting their personal data, which will be kept by EFGCP.

                      Recording: By registering to this conference, the participant acknowledge that the following elements will be Recorded in Zoom during the conference:

                      • Shared Screen
                      • Active* Speaker's Activated Camera and Activated Microphone Input
                      • Active* Participant's Activated Camera and Activated Microphone Input
                      • Public Chat (to Everyone)

                      *Zoom automatically displays the camera (if activated) of the current speaking person, they are identified as Active Speakers/Participants while they speak. Participants will be muted during the sessions. The only way for participants to interact with the Faculty is via the Chat, using the Polling Tools (Sli.do), or raising the hand to be allowed to activate their microphone by a Moderator.

                      Hosts and Moderators can ask participants to activate their Microphone or Camera, but they cannot activate Participant's Camera or Microphone remotely without the participant's consent. Participants who do not activate their camera and microphone will de-facto not appear in the recordings, however, participant's displayed name in Zoom will appear attached to any message sent through the public main room chat. The public main room is labelled as "to everyone" in zoom. The Privates chat discussion (to anyone in particular) will not be recorded.

                      EFGCP cannot guarantee that all sessions will be recorded, as some discussed topic might be under embargo or subject to restrictions. Participants will be informed by email on which session will not be recorded (if any) at least 3 working days prior to the conference, or as soon as the whole Faculty has provided consent for recording.

                      The Sessions' Recordings and Slides will only be made available to registered participants who have settled their registration fee, and for 2 months after the date of the conference. Participants who could not register prior to the Conference and/or who could not attend (no show) will be allowed to view the recording under the same rules.

                      EFGCP records the conference to help in drafting the report as well as to improve the access to anyone who would not be available to follow the conference at the set dates.
