  • Events must be booked at least 3-5 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Events booked prior to this timeline will have a rush fee included, if accepted.

    Please note: All events require a 50% non-refundable deposit due within 72 hours after consultation meeting & invoice receipt. Rush events scheduled prior to 3 week timeline will require full deposit + rush fee, if accepted.

  • Thank you for choosing Events With Coco to celebrate your big day! Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response. All inquiries made on the weekend will be responded to the following Monday.

    Once inquiry is sent, you will receive an invoice for $50. This is a non-refundable fee that will be put towards your end total should you continue with our services. Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving invoice to secure your event date and consultation time slot. PLEASE NOTE: If not paid within 48 hours, no date is booked and a new consultation + fee will be required. 

    Please check your email for a Zoom meeting link once invoice is paid.
