* Approximately half of the event’s food booths will be open for Thursday night’s activities. Please indicate in the application if you can participate. There is no additional fee to participate on Thursday night.
Selection criteria in order of priority
- German/Bavarian Restaurant or Food Vendor - German/Bavarian name, décor, menu items must be significantly German/Bavarian.
- Restaurants or food vendors that will offer German/Bavarian inspired menu items.
- Food variety and uniqueness.
- Preference will be given to members of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
