Santa’s Head Elf is responsible for managing the production of quality toys at the North Pole. This job requires precise attention to details, strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with the other elves. The benefit of this job is first dibs of the North Pole treats especially their famous hot chocolate and cookies. Another important responsibility is ensuring the safety of the air space over the North Pole.
