Eddie and Ruth Washington Scholarship Application Form

Eddie and Ruth Washington were married in 1943 and began ministry together using their musical gifting as traveling ministers. In the 1960s they began leading Youth for Christ in Lodi, California, and shortly after were invited to take their ministry overseas, where they served as missionaries to Europe for 30 years. Though stationed in Germany, their ministry carried them to Holland, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, and Yugoslavia. They admirably trusted in the Lord’s guidance even through the infamous Checkpoint Charlie into East Berlin, where they shared the love of Christ with the German people.
