      1.) Porterhouse and T-bone, OR 2.) NY Strip and Tenderloin, since these come from the same cut. Select the thickness for the one you want and "GRIND" for the other options. *NOTE YOU STILL GET ALL OTHER OPTIONS, ROUND, SIRLOIN, RIBEYE OR SELECT GRIND FOR ANY OPTION YOU DONT WANT
    • *On a whole, 3/4, or 2/3 beef:

      There are two sections of short loin available to you, meaning that you can select both options 1.) and 2.) to be cut, if desired. If only one option appeals to you, select the thickness for the one you want and "GRIND" for the other options.*NOTE YOU STILL GET ALL OTHER OPTIONS, ROUND, SIRLOIN, RIBEYE OR SELECT GRIND FOR ANY OPTION YOU DONT WANT

      How much ground beef you would like turned into patties i.e. "1/4-1/2-3/4-ALL;" "certain amount of pounds;" "or certain amount of patties per package and a number of packages E.g. 6PER PACKAGE 13 PACKAGES ;" etc. otherwise put 0.

      *HEAD and TONGUE cannot both be selected unless the Special Instructions below include "remove tongue from head." If you select the HEAD option or the HEAD and the TONGUE option without indicating the removal of the TONGUE, you will be given the full head with the TONGUE still attached.
