Payment Options:
ONLY ACCEPTING: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, & Apple Pay
Deposits & Fees:
- Any Services exceeding the $20 limit will require a $15 NON-Refundable Deposit fee that will go towards your service. The remainder will be due at your scheduled appointment. This must be sent within 24 hours after you have booked to secure your spot, otherwise it will be denied. Please message me for info on where to send it to.
- When receiving a makeup application, please ensure your have a fresh clean face prior to your appointment. Any visible makeup will lead to a $10 makeup removal.
- When receiving a lash extension fill. please ensure you have no mascara on, and have freshly clean lashes. Lashes that are not clean will result in a $15 lash bath.
- Makeup applications is the only service that I will travel for, there is a travel fee of $15
Confirmation Email & Text:
- I understand schedule adjustments may be necessary. However, I respectfully request a 48 hour notice for any bookings to be made. This also includes a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may use your previous deposit towards your new appointment day and time. If it is past 48 hours, or if you do a no call no show, you will automatically be charged 25% of the amount for the service you originally scheduled for. You will also lose your deposit and will need a new deposit to secure a new appointment time. Please understand that when you miss the opportunity to cancel without notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive any services. After 2 no call no shows I will no longer take you as a client. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- You will have a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you exceed 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need a new deposit to reschedule. Please be mindful and considerate of mine and other client’s time as I do schedule back to back.
COVID-19 Protocols:
- Although some services require you to wear no mask, please wear your mask until you are asked to remove it. If your service does not require you to take off your mask,please wear it properly from beginning to end of your service.NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you are feeling sick please reschedule your appointment.
- Hand sanitizer will be offered.
Upon Arrival:
- NO EXTRA GUEST/CHILDREN. (The ONLY guests allowed are anyone who is receiving a service before or after tour appointment
- Please wait in your car until your esthetician texts or calls you for your session.
- Wear warm clothing, no blankets will be provided.
The right to refuse service:
- If the client has any open facial wounds or a skin condition that could be infected or unsanitary, she has the right to refuse service to that client.
- If the Esthetician feels uncomfortable, threatened, or verbally abused in any way, she will have the right to ask you to leave the premises without completing services.
