Grove Park Community Association, Inc. ("Grove Park") was established in 1993 when the Original Declaration of Restrictive Covenants ("DRCs") and Bylaws were adopted and recorded by the community developer. The Original DRCs are recorded in the deed records, and they govern the administration of the HOA and the rules and rights of each Owner within the Grove Park Community. Unfortunately, these DRCs have not been amended or updated since they were first drafted in 1993! As a result, the current DRCs and Bylaws now contain gaps which the Board feels make them insufficient to protect the Association and the Member-Owners' rights

In an effort to cure these defects and render Grove Park a more modern, functional Association, the Board retained counsel to draft proposed "Amended & Restated Declaration of Restrictive Covenants" and "Amended & Restated Bylaws." The Association is now seeking to adopt these proposed Amended & Restated DRCs and Bylaws, and we need your help.

In order to adopt the Amended & Restated DRCs and Bylaws of Grove Park Community Association, Inc., please indicate your consent by signing and dating this petition.
