  • Pre Care:

    • Exfoliate skin 2-3 days leading up to your appointment in the area in which I will be waxing. This will help loosen up hair from follicle, and help remove ingrown hair.
    • Moisturize skin a few days prior to your appointment and the day of. Well hydrated skin allows the wax to release more easily with less pain.

    After Care: (For the first 24 hours after wax service avoid the following:)

    • Touching, scratching, rubbing, perspiration and friction on the waxed area.
    • Exfoliating waxed area.
    • Sweating, sauna, steam rooms, tanning, sunbathing, or any sunlight and UV exposure.
    • Do NOT apply products on waxed area such as, deorderants, makeup, lotion, soap, powders, prefumes,self tanning products etc.

  • Are you taking any medications that make you Photosensitive?*
  • Do you use Tanning beds frequently?*
  • Are you currently sunburn?*
  • Are you Diabetic?*
  • Do you currently have, or have you had any of the following medical conditions that could effect your skin during your waxing services? Make them known by selecting the appropriate boxes.*

  • Read the warnings and the consent paragraph before signing the document. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must complete the bottom section of the consent form.

    If you are using any of the following medications, you cannot be waxed:

    • Isotretinonin           
    • Retin-A
    • Renova               
    • Alustra                 
    • Differin                   
    • Tazarotene

    • Avage                   
    • Avita

     

    You may experience skin sensitivity/thinning, which can result in skin lifting from the following:

    • Sunburned Skin   
    • Retinol                             
    • Other medications not listed
    • Pregnancy           
    • Antibiotics
    • Mensturation       
    • Certain medical conditions

    I understand the waxing may cause some reddness, irritation, bumps, soreness, and/or itching.
