Now it’s time to share your vision for the project. The more details you provide, the better I’ll be able to bring your ideas to life and deliver the best result. BRANDED BY A POLICY:

TURNAROUND TIME:
The expected turnaround time for all services ranges from 2 to 10 business days. Please note that your order is not considered fully processed until the day after you submit your form. For example, if you submit your form on a Tuesday, the turnaround time begins on Wednesday.

REFUNDS & DEPOSITS:
Full payment is required before work on your project begins. Refunds will only be issued if I fail to deliver the project by the agreed deadline without prior communication. Otherwise, all sales are final.

CANCELLATIONS:
Branded By A reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a 50% refund if there are issues such as constant rushing, difficulty working together, or any form of disrespect.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify me within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, only 50% of the payment will be refunded, as work may have already begun on the order.

REVISIONS (CHANGES):
All services include up to two free revisions. After that, each additional revision will incur an $8 fee. To avoid additional charges, please provide clear and detailed instructions when placing your order, as my goal is to accurately bring your vision to life.

Please ensure that all revision requests are made respectfully. Any signs of disrespect may result in refusal of the revision. Additionally, all revision requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the project. After this time, files will be deleted to make room for future clients.
