Vaccinations

We require a current vaccination certificates from your veterinarian that your dog is vaccinatied for:

DAP 1 or 3 year (Distemper, Parvo, Para influenza)

Bordetella (Kennel cough)

Rabies Vaccine.

Vaccinations must have been administered at least 5-7 days prior to the first day of Wag'n It walks, adventures or training. (We do accept Titer test for vaccinations.)

Policies and Procedures

Thank you for choosing Wag'n It. I truely appreciate your business. Please take a moment and read through our policies and procedures. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
Gear:

Please provide a proper fitting collar or harness that can not slip off the head or shoulders of your dog. Martingales, head halters and no pull harnesses help prevent slips offs. I highly recommed attaching appropriate tags/GPS trackers to your dogs collars for their scheduled walks. Leashes, poop bages and other walking gear will be provided by Wag'n It. Winter dog boats and summer cooling vest are recommeded to dogs who need them.
Cleanliness:

Wag'n It will clean up after your dog to the best of my ability. Please leave a towel by the door to dry off your dog on wet days. Alternatively, please inform me of an area of the house you prefer they dry off in. (Crate, backyard, garage, laundry room.)
Cainine Behaviour:

While training, trial walks, and a good understanding of dog body lanunage helps prevent problem between pack members, it is important to understand the dogs are senstive to change, stress and can have fluctiontions in their own health and mental state. I ask for your assistance in informing me of any changes in your dogs behaviour or health before their walks. Many times conflicts between dogs can be avoided by a simple observation in change of dog's regular patterns.
Weather:

Wag'n It does its best to prepare and plan for all weather conditions. We walk in snow, rain and shine! Walks may be shortened if temperatures are too hot or too cold for your dogs health and wellbeing.

Wag'n It walks will be cancelled if weather goes below -30 and above +30 degrees. Walks will also be cancelled or cut mid walk if thunder/lighting storms are present.

You will be notified in the morning of your scheduled walk if a cancelltion is needed due to weather that day.
Keys and Codes:

A code or key to your home is required for the pack walk program. Please be aware that the inability to access your home for pick up/drop off due to locked doors, wrong codes, dead key pads ect. will result in being charged in full for this missed service. I offer a FREE 5 mintue waiting period before having to make the decision to leave your pup behind. It has happened and its always a sad moment for me and your pup whos locked up waiting inside.
Vaccinations:

Wag'n It required that all dogs particiaping in Wag'n It services are up to date on all vaccines. Bordetella, DAP and Rabies. Updates on proof of vaccinations will be needed to continue with services.

Cancellations:

All Wag'n It services Require a MINIMUM of 48hrs notice for all cancellations.

- Short notice, no shows or the inability to get access to your dog will result in being charged in full for the missed service. Ideally, if you know ahead of time that you need to cancel, I do appreciate being notified the Monday before your walk/service is scheduled so that I can plan the weeks schedule accordingly.
Taking Time Off: (Clients)

All pack walk clients are entitled to time off from the pack walk program. Clients can take up to two weeks off in a row without any charges and your walk spots will be saved. I do ask to give at least a two weeks notice if you can. I understand that taking time off can be unpredictable at times. Clients taking time off longer than a two week period will be asked to pre pay a 50% holding fee on all missed walks until their return date. This is to continue to hold your spot in the pack and ensure your return to the walk program.
Taking Time Off: (Wag'n It and Team)

As of right now all Wag'n It services are run though Eileen the sole owner and oportator of Wag'n It Canine Advendtures, Training and Pet Sitting Services. That means, just like you Wag'n It does take regular time off and seasonal vacations.

Wag'n It is closed on Monday stat holidays and along with most saturdays and sundays during the week.

Wag'n It also may take the occasional day off, sick days and take small closures durning the summer and winter seasons. (Christmas time)

A one more notice will be sent out ahead of any scheduled or planned time off, along with an emailed reminder the week of.
Payments:

Wag'n It accepts all times of payments. However, EMT is prefered. Personal requests need to be made for credit cards and cash payments. Payments can be made by Etransfer at info@wagn-it.com with the password being your dogs name.

Invoices are sent out monthly or bi-weekly at your request. Payment is due 5 days after your invoice is sent out. A late fee may be added if payment is made unreasobable late.

All payments are non-refundable, however credits will be given if Wag'n It walks are cancelled or a reschedule is requested within the appropriate time frame.

Release of Liability and Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. BY SIGNING THE FOLLOWING, YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS< INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. CHECK AGREE TO ALL AND INITIAL EACH SECTION.
