The portrait commission includes your session at an agreed upon time and location(s), Laurie's artistic vision and styling, and the careful hand processing of images. Should illness or other unforeseen circumstance occur, please contact Laurie at laurie@laurietarasiphotography as soon as possible to reschedule your photo session. A deposit is due upon booking. Laurie is available for travel up to 30 minutes from Northville, Mi with no additional travel charges. Please inquire for the cost to shoot in other areas. Laurie reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unfavorable weather conditions, illness, or emergencies. Please no other cameras or recording devices be present. If you are unhappy with your images for any reason, please contact Laurie within 24 hours. Your satisfaction is my number one priority. Reshoots are NOT available for poor wardrobe or hairstyle choices. Laurie Tarasi Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable, in the event of a date change or cancellation by the client for any reason. Payment may be applied to future session, and would be subject to most current rates.
Price Guarantee: The charges in this Agreement are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically. Prices are good from the date of booking of services through four months after the delivery of the online gallery. After this period of time, all orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
All images created by Laurie Tarasi Photography are copyright protected and remain the property of Laurie Tarasi Photography. Digital files may be printed for personal use. These files may not be used for profit, contests, or competition and may not be altered in any way without the express consent of Laurie Tarasi Photography. This is considered stealing and violates federal copyright law.
I hereby give Laurie Tarasi Photography permission to use images from this session for portfolio use, studio display, gallery display, website, advertisement, promotional materials, photo contests, as well as stock sales. I am the guardian of the minor(s) being photographed and agree to this model release on their behalf. *I have read, understood, and agree to the model release for Laurie Tarasi Photography.
