DELIVERABLES
COYOTE JOCKS will provide:
- Underwear & swimwear items
- All tagging and credit on posted images/videos to the Influencer
INFLUENCER shall provide on a monthly basis:
- Two (2) videos (must be Tiktok friendly, more info below).
- Two (2) Page post on your Tiktok . The social post should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used and must portray the Brand in a positive light. Pease tag @coyotejocks in the description
CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
The video content should be TikTok friendly. This can include showing partial underwear (waistband out covered by shorts or pants) or full swimwear
COMPENSATION
Coyote Jocks agrees to pay the Influencer a total of $ 200 USD MONTHLY. Payment will be made by PayPal or eTransfer to the address given by the Influencer.
CANCELLATION
This is an at will contract and can be cancelled at any time by either party
USAGE
You allow Coyote Jocks to post the content you provide accross our social media channels. You remain the copyright holder and allow Coyote Jocks to manipulate your content to fit our social channels in the form of (but not limited to) adding text, logos, gifs, music. Any shared content will be credited back to your social channels in the form of in-copy and in-content tagging.
CONFIDENTIALITY. This contract is strictly confidential and only authorized persons are allowed to see.
