Our candidates have different expectations and priorities when seeking their next role, with general minimum expectations listed below:

-Legal pay through an experienced domestic payroll company (required)

-Guaranteed hours (required)

-Paid vacation, holidays and sick days (3 sick days required in Arizona per year separate from paid vacation)

-Gas and mileage reimbursement (if access to a family vehicle is not provided)

-Healthcare plan or stipend (preferred)

Our standard nanny search begings with a $500 initiation fee, with a final placement fee of 12.5 % of the nanny's annualized earnings.  Speicalized searches for house managers, family assistants, special needs care, travel/rotational nannies, personal assistants and other specialized placements begin with a $500 initiation fee, with a final placement fee of 15% of the candidates annualized earnings.
