Our approach is relaxed, casual, candid and comfortable. We want you to feel like yourselves on the most important day of your life! We will document the moments as they unfold naturally, and we'll set aside time to playfully capture artful staged images as well.

Wedding coverage fees:
Base rate: $1800 plus gst
Includes up to three hours of consecutive coverage
Professional editing services
All of the high resolution files from the collection

Additional consecutive hours can be added for $500 each plus gst

PLEASE NOTE: If you require change in coverage hours (addition or subtraction) in the interval between signing the contract and event date, a fee of $50/each hour added/subtracted will be applied.

Please add this to your total cost below. If you select this option, you are responsible for picking up your USB from our downtown Quesnel location within 30 days or it will be discarded. Alternatively, you can arrange to have it shipped for a fee.

CONTRACT

Thank you very much for choosing Northern Persona Photography to capture your wedding memories. In order for everything to go smoothly, we have some policies. Please take the time to read them over and indicate that you agree to these conditions.

PAYMENT: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remainder (plus gst) is due one week before the wedding. Payment can be made via email money transfer, cash or cheque. Any applicable travel fees must be paid in full along with the final wedding payment.CANCELLATION: Should you need to cancel, 50% of the deposit will be available as a credit for future photographic services if notice of cancellation is given at least 6 months before your wedding. If you cancel within 6 months of the wedding date, the full deposit will be non-returnable in any form.COVERAGE HOURS ALTERATION FEE: If you require change in coverage hours (addition or subtraction) in the interval between signing the contract and event date, a fee of $50/each hour added/subtracted will be applied.I understand that any extra editing requested for things outside of the photographer's control (ie tan lines, braces, hair lines, makeup, nail polish, reflections on glasses) will be billed at $60 per hour.COPYRIGHT: Northern Persona retains copyright of the images but will share with you the high res files and unlimited printing rights for personal use. Low res files are provided for social media and onscreen use only. If these photos are to be published, please include a photo credit that says, “Photography by Northern Persona.” We also ask that you take care when you are reproducing these photos to make them the best quality possible. Please do not distribute photos under our name that have been reproduced poorly. Thank you. We have the right to use any photographs taken during the photo shoot for advertising purposes, public display on our website, social media or in print, and for competition, and your name may be used for reference purposes.UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: We are confident in our equipment. However, we urge you to be aware that photographic equipment may breakdown or be defective. If we are prevented from photographing your wedding as a result of our own defective equipment, illness or error, you will be refunded 100% of your money. The success of your photography session is entirely dependent on the cooperation of those participating and Northern Persona will not be held responsible if the subject/s’ behaviour limits our ability to live up to your expectations. We will certainly try our very best to get everything you want and more!PROFESSIONAL PREFERENCE: We want you to get the best possible photographs, so we ask that there are no other cameras being used during the professional photography session. We also ask that bystanders be kept to a minimum during this time. We suggest that you allow a seperate time for friends and family to take photographs so we can all focus on making the best of our time. It also alleviates distractions and will make you feel more comfortable in your photographs. Thank you! During weddings we prefer to take the wedding couple away from the rest of the group when we photograph them alone. It allows us to focus on capturing your own personalities and romance, and it will also make you more comfortable if you don’t have a group of people watching. We suggest the following schedule for the staged photo session: We start with the family, and then allow them to leave. Then we photograph the wedding party, and allow them to leave. We are left with you, the wedding couple, so we can focus the rest of our time on capturing beautiful memories of your first day being married!AFTER THE WEDDING: After your wedding day, we will begin to edit and prepare your digital files. Within the first few weeks, we will post previews to our blog/social media sites so you can share them with your friends and family! Within 4-6 months of the wedding date, you will be given a link to download your full collection of high res files. You may share this with family and friends at your own discretion. Professional reprints and enlargements of your photos are available for an additional cost. See current price list.
