1. Be on time. Submit requested files and information to us promptly to deliver in our stipulated timeline. ⁣⁣

2. Share information. Provide as many details about your brand and your expectations for us as you can. Understanding more about you and your brand improves our speed and accuracy in representing you.⁣⁣

3. Be patient. To represent you best, we need time to learn about your company, your products, and your industry before our designs can be truly effective. Give us time to do our homework; invest in the time it takes to help us understand your company and your business.⁣⁣

4. Pay on time. You have completed the first official step of the project by completing this form. Once your official estimate/invoice is sent, please communicate any concerns in a timely fashion and make your non-refundable payment/deposit, on time, to begin.⁣

Finally. Remember that half of the total provided withing your invoice is required before starting any project.

It takes 1-2 hours for your request to be submitted. Following, your invoice will be emailed to you. After, please prepare to submit half of the total provided on the invoice. Also prepare for a 24-72 hour turnaround.
