This application is intended as a means to match the right cat with the right home. The more detail you provide, the better. All of our adoptable cats are spayed/neutered. Typical adoption fees are $75 for cats/kittens under 1 year. Cats or kittens with special medical needs are $100. Adoption fee for 2 kittens is $100. Adopting 2 kittens is highly reccomended. ALL adoption donations go straight back to the care of our cats and kittens. PLEASE NOTE: SOUR PATCH KITTIES RESCUE IS LOCATED IN LAPEER, MICHIGAN. ALL ADOPTERS MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN 100 MILES OF SPK.

We have thoroughly evaluated all of the cats and kittens in our care, and try very hard to match the right pet to the right person and situation. Adoptions are not on a first-come first-served basis. We reserve the right not to adopt. Please remember that we are all volunteers and work regular full-time jobs like everyone else.
