  • Cancellation Policy:

    24 hours notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling services. 

    A minimum rebooking fee of $30 may be charged when less than 24 hours notice is given. 

    A rebooking fee of up to the full amount of scheduled services may be charged depending on the circumstances, frequency of late notice cancellations, and notice given to reschedule or cancel.

    It is the policy of Downunder Waxing to keep credit card information on file.

    I authorize this business to keep my credit card on file for any future transactions until I request a cancellation.

    I understand that the terms of this authorization will remain in effect until I request that they be terminated. I acknowledge that I am responsible for making this request in writing.
