    This contract is an agreement between the seller Susan Chanthavong with Chinita's Pom Poms and buyer for the sale/ ownership transfer of puppy/dog.

    In the event that puppy passes away from a condition suspected to have already had under breeder's care, a necropsy should be obtained.
    If at anytime the buyer can no longer retain the possession of this dog for any given reason, the seller is to be notified and given option of resuming full ownership of dog in order for the seller to locate this dog a new home. Refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of the Breeder/ seller. If breeder decided on some agreement to any amount of refunds, refunds will not be given until puppy/dog has been re-homed to new home. Breeder will retain a minimum of $200.00 deposit and vet care if the buyer failed to provide any vaccines before bringing puppy back to breeder. Should any circumstances arise that affect the quality of life of the dog, the breeder/seller is to be informed so that they may participate in determining the future of the dog. Under no circumstances shall this dog be sold, leased, traded or given away to a pet shop, research lab, animal shelter or any similar facilities. Please do not give up dog to any shelter or rescue!
    If the dog is being transported to the buyer, the entire balance must be paid in full one week before the agreed upon flight, transport, delivery date.
    If buyer will be picking up, final payment will be made in cash only upon pick up. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted.
    Puppies will not be shipped / delivered / or picked up before 8 weeks of age.
    It is understood, seller is not responsible for any veterinarian medical expenses.
    Seller assumes no financial responsibility after the animal leaves the premises, this is included but limited to: medical expenses, landlords disapproval, allergy to animals, mortality, disagreement of family or spouse, or any other reason. Seller assumes no financial responsibility or otherwise for buyer's choice of ground transportation/flight. Once the ground transporter has taken possession of the animal, all liability lies between the buyer and the transporter whether it be family, friend or business. It is buyers responsibility to check and verify the credibility of any transporter/ nanny service. It is to be understood that when utilizing transport or nanny service, there are potential risks involved such as contract of parvo.
    Seller makes no guarantees that the animal is of breeding and/or show quality and assumes no responsibility, financially or otherwise in the event the buyer chooses to breed, or show said animal.
    In the unlikely event of any difficulties with this animal, seller will work with the buyer to try to resolve them. However, buyer must understand that patience and effort is required to train a dog. Please do your research on the breed, training and care before deciding on adding a new dog to your family. This is not Rent-A-Puppy Program.
    Any deposits made to hold the puppy for a buyer is refundable till the puppy leaves the premises of the seller. If the puppy has left the premises, the deposit is no longer refundable as this means the ownership was transferred.
    Most puppies undergoing a change in environment, diet, water, etc. may have an upset stomach with diarrhea for a short period of time while they adjust. If you wish to ease the symptoms, consult your veterinarian for a safe dosage recommendation for an over-the-counter product such as Pepcid AC or Zantac.
    It is understood, this contract only applies to original buyer and is not transferable.
    It is further understood, there are no warranties, either expressed or implied to said puppy except as set forth in this agreement. By signing this contract, buyer agrees and accept all terms and conditions implemented in this contract.
    Buyer's breach of any of the foregoing obligations shall result in Breeder's warranties set forth in this Agreement being null and void.
