Aveley Cantina is monthly and remains a Friday night stapple for the community.

Cantina Food events is where you can find the event page and to POST your attendance, menues and specials.

Bubbles is the signature of our food events, free bubbles wands and Fairy Bubbles enaged to entertain. Loads of free lawn games and playground. Loads of room to kick a footy or walk your pooch (on lead).

The City of Swan like many LGAs have expressed a desire to see the removal of PLASTIC BOTTLES from events within its boundaries.

Please seek alternatives to plastic water and soft drink bottles.

Note we are enforcing the plastic singe use, ban.

Payments

VCM Perth Events uses SQUARE, an online payment portal. We will invoice you for the first two dates. (as selected by you). Once you have been approved, our JOTFORM system will send you an approval email. In this email link will be further instructions of what happens next. Please read this and keep for further reference. We are registered for GST purposes.

Payment is due within 7days of the invoice date. Be aware if you are late in paying we will not hold your booking and will replace you immediately. Unfortunately based on last season we can not hold placements. Other vendors and the public get let down by non attendances and VCM cannot fill vacancies at short notice. So please remember to pay on time.

Invoices for the following dates will be sent shortly after your application is approved. They will have their own due dates. Please print and set you calendars. SQUARE will send you a reminder.

NON attendance

If you have booked dates in advance, take responsability for the commitment you have made in booking them. VCM have reserved your placement before all others. Other vendors have been declined in favour of your attendance. We will have advertised the rosters and advertised your brand as well. So please honour your booking with us.

Advertising.

As a business you must be fully across social media engagement and promotion of your brand. VCM will give you tiles and Hyperlinks and hashtags to use. All aproved applicants are required to advertise. If you do not participate in the promotion of your attendance then you will not be invited to further participate on future dates.

Snacktracker and other socials

Advertising your business at our event? Remember to tag us @vcmperthevents - Insta @vcmperth_events. We will regrann or share posts and reels. We can not share posts where other events are tagged.

Cancellations

You can arrange for another vendor with a similar menue to take your place in the event you can not attend. However any renumeration is between yourself and the business replacing you. They must be fully documented and compliant with our requests for information as required to trade lawfuly. Businesses who are not suitable to VCM will not be permitted to trade. Decisions by VCM are final.

*Refunds

We do not refund for change of mind, and double bookings.

If cancelled by the organiser/client of VCM or governement order, or other unforseen issues, we will CREDIT you to the next Aveley event available ONLY. Can not be used as credit to a different venue or event. Unused credits forfeite after April 30th 2024. Weather events - unless 10mm or more rain, high winds, or severe weather warning is forcaste the the event will proceed. As an outdoor event your are responsible for your stock.
