    Initial forms and questionnaires.

    Prior to the challenge commencing, you will be invited to complete a small number of forms. Don't worry, theres nothing here too strenuous and theres no small print. Its just a handful of questions which helps me get a better understanding of what our intentions will be as a team moving forward.

Consider this a hub for any and all questions to be answered, daily content will be provided on topics related to your journey. Ranging form mindset, psychological triggers, habits, to the more physical aspects, exercise

    execution selection and variation.

    We will also discuss nutrition, not chicken and broccoli 3 times a day but a sustainable, flexible way of hitting your nutritional checkpoints without stressing about certain factors being met.

    And finally, every piece of content filmed, ebook written, advice given is yours to take away and catalogue in your own journey to utilise at any time in the future. All this is done outside of our scheduled check ins and programming.

    So you have completed phase 1. The initial

    Stage 4 - this is reserved for those who are

    challenge, whats next? If you chose to continue with the challenge we delve a little deeper, yes the course gets a little more intense and demanding but the fundamentals have been enforced form the previous 3 months.

    wanting to participate in a mock or real contest prep. Those of you who have been in any kind of contest prep previously, its not the funnest of journeys.

    You're in a great place. By the end if the 2nd phase you will undoubtedly be in the condition both physically and mentally, of your life. You could call it a day here and that would be acceptable.

    However we will approach this phase with the same level of dedication and consistency as the previous 2, just because you're almost there doesn't mean you've arrived.

    Stage 3 - For those who want to push themselves beyond the norm. Single digit body fat %, massive PR's in the gym? However deep you want to go. We can make it happen.
