📍All inquiries require a non-refundable research fee.
📍Research fees are for my time in planning, preparing, negotiating, and booking travel arrangements. No research is done until payment is received.
📍Research fee entitles you a maximum of 3 quotes in no more than 2 destinations and is valid for one (1) week after received.
📍Research fee is charged per booking. New Booking would be a different or additional date/location. *If you are modifying original booking no additional fee will apply.*
📍When you inquire please have a head count on who all will be vacationing with you. Any additional parties added after you pay the research fee, would be considered a new booking and that party would be responsible for paying a $15 booking fee.
📍Customer Information Form (which will be emailed to you after submission of this form) must be completed within 48 hours of your research fee being paid. If you need more time please let me know by calling/texting 501.779.8770 (or email).
📍We must be able to communicate effectively, meaning please reply within 24 hours.
📍Please have your requested dates Off and Approved by your employer before inquiring, if applicable.
📍Prices may vary based on availability/dates/location.
📍Passport REQUIRED for all interntional travel. (Recommended for cruise, but not required.)
📍Be Deposit Ready. (Discounts/Deals depend on it) Once quote is received your booking would need to be secured with deposit or paid in full. Payment plan can only be set up if your trip is more than 2 months out. If your trip is less than 2 months out full payment will be required to secure your booking.
📍Business Hours Are Mon-Fri (please be considerate). If you reach out to me Sat/Sun please allow 24 hours for a response. If it is an emergency please call 911.
📍By paying the research fee you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
