SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Please place orders at least 2 weeks in advance as our kitchen capacity is limited. NO LAST MINUTE ORDERS
- Please input ANY FOOD ALLERGIES especially eggs, dairy and nuts
- Your contact/email is required when ordering, as it will be used to process and send your invoice
- Our products are made without additives that lengthen the shelf life of the product therefore we recommend that products be eaten on the day of pick up to best enjoy them
PLACING ORDERS
- Re-check order form to insure correct details of the order before submitting
- After submitting this form, we will review your order and contact you within 24–48 hours with confirmation and pricing. Once the price is approved, a 50% downpayment is required to place and confirm the order. Orders without the required downpayment received by the agreed-upon date will be canceled, and no cake will be made
PAYMENT
- Remaining 50% of the payment must be paid 5 days prior the pickup/meetup/delivery schedule
- Payment via INTERAC only
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
- We'll do our best to accomodate any minor changes and re-scheduling. Let us know at least 1 week before the scheduled order to avoid additional charges
- Cancellation of orders within a week - Downpayment will not be refunded
- Cancellation of orders within 48hrs - Full payment will not be refunded
