Art Camp with Ms. Cookie
This summer, I am offering three weeks of Art Camp! One week in the WLLC ART ROOM and two in my home studio near WLLC.

Here are the details:

Week 1

Monday, July 15 - Friday July 19

9:00am - 3:00pm

WLLC Art Room

Space is limited to 10 campers ages 6 - 12

Week 2

Monday, July 29 - Friday, August 2

9:00am - 3:00pm

Home Studio

Space is limited to 6 campers ages 6 - 10

Week 3

Monday, August 5 - Friday, August 9

9:00am - 3:00pm

Space is limited to 6 campers ages 6 - 10

Art Camp liability waiver: In consideration for participating in Art Camp I agree for my child, that participation is at my own risk, and that in case of injury or illness, Art Camp, including any of it’s employees or volunteers, including Jennifer Burrows, shall not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action which arise wholly or partially due to the negligence of the entities above, arising out of or in connection with my child’s participation in this camp. I understand and agree that by signing this release I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk, and/or potential cancellation of classes due to Covid or other illness, injury or unseen events. I agree that any employee or volunteer, including Jennifer Burrows, may perform first aid care and arrange transportation to emergency care if necessary. In the case of Covid, any other illness, injury, or any unforeseen event, reimbursement of fees associated with this camp will not be refunded. I agree to allow Art Camp to utilize any photograph taken during Art Camp in social media or promotional purposes.
