We offer On Location appointments where you can bring your vehicle in to get damage appraised in person, or you can choose to complete an Online Photo Appraisal, where you will be prompted to submit picutres required for us to properly appraise the damage.

The following steps will walk you through the photos needed to appraise the damages to your vehicle. It is important for the vehicle to be clean to make damages easier to see.
1. VIN & MILEAGE

You can usually find the VIN inside the driver’s side doorframe or at the bottom of the windshield. As for the mileage, you only need to take a picture of the dashboard, making sure that we can clearly read the mileage on the odometer.

2. FOUR CORNERS

Photos of the four corners of your vehicle will provide a good reference of the location of the damages for your appraiser and allow them to see the overall vehicles. Please try to capture these four angles as shown below.

3. DAMAGED AREAS

In addition to the four corner photos, your appriaser needs up close photos of the damaged areas. Please make sure to stand back just far enough to give a point of reference to where the damage is located on the vehicle.
