It is important in Yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. I, the undersigned, understand that Yoga is not a substitute for Medical Attention, Examination, Diagnosis or Treatment. I should consult ‘My Doctor’ Prior to beginning any program, including Yoga for my overall wellbeing. I recognise that it is my responsibility to notify my Instructor, Jenna, of any serious illness or injury before the Yoga Session. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
I release Yoga Instructor Jenna Jones from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, and/or consequences of Forest walking and yoga that I elected to participate. I consent to have the above described yoga services of my choice applied.
Understanding the risks of forest walking and yoga, I release Barefoot Yoga Chikitsa, LLC, its employees and its agents harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) or transmission of a communicable disease that I might incur as a result of the service provided today and I agree to voluntarily participate understanding these risks and their outcomes.
I, the undersigned, also affirm that understanding the above described activities that I am healthy enough to participate.
I also give permission for BarefootYogaChikitsa, LLC to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of me for use in website and social media promotions. I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of BarefootYogaChikitsa, LLC.
