𝔓𝔩𝔢𝔞𝔰𝔢 ℜ𝔢𝔞𝔡:

-Not all inquires will be approved at this time. Tony is only one person with only so much time. He also travels and works tattoo conventions, as well as guest spots at various shops so please take into account his availibilty is very limited.

-Your inquiry will be automatically denied if you do not fill out this form in its entirety. if you are unsure how to answer a question, do your best or even say "i'm not sure how to answer".

-Tony has a very specific style, if your design is out of his realm of design and style, you will be referred to another artist who specializes in said design so you get the absolute best result in the style you are wanting. We will not accept these styles: Realism of any sort, anime, extremely small tattoos, portraits, and cover-ups are a case by case basis.

-Deposits are now a requirement to secure your appointment. There are 2 types of deposits - Standard & Large Scale. The Standard deposit covers all tattoos that can be started and completed in 1-3 sittings total. The standard deposit is $100 and can be paid via Venmo, Paypal, Applepay, Or in cash in person at Lasting Dose Tattoo 888 S Virginia St Reno, NV. All deposits go towards your total cost of your tattoo and are nonrefundable. If you no call/no show, you will lose your deposit. Same day cancellations will be on a case by case basis of loss of deposit. (ex: a family emergency, personal emergency, etc.) Please reach out and we are more than willing to work with you to accommodate. Large Scale deposits are going to be HALF of the total cost or your piece (prices are discussed once an inquiry is approved upon budget guidelines and overall fit of design for Tony's style). Large Scale consists of tattoos that take 4 or more sittings to complete such as front panels (collarbones to hipbones), backpieces (shoulders to tail bone or butt), body suits, full ribs, arm sleeve, and leg sleeves. Your first session of large scale is the entire outline of your design and will be your most expensive session as the time to draw, scale, and create a stencil for a custom design to fit your body is extremely extensive and tedious.

-Once you complete & send this form, please do not send any additional emails. This will push out not only your request, but others as well. Allow at least 10 business days to recieve a response once you have submitted your form. 

 

If you answered "yes" to this tattoo being a cover-up, please take a well-lit photo of the current tattoo or scars you were wanting covered. Please note: some cover ups may require you to get laser tattoo removal in order to have a successful cover-up.

Q: What is Tony's hourly rate?

A: Tony's hourly rate is $250 per hr. Yes, this does seem high. However, the amount of time it takes him to complete pieces is extremely fast. He does not take smoke breaks or any breaks for that matter. Tony's power supply actually ONLY tracks the time his machine is actively being used so you are charged in the most accurate way possible. Price is always discussed with you in approximations prior to your booking along with before the tattoo is started to ensure you are as comfortable with the price as possible.

 

Q: Where will I be getting tattooed?

A: Tony works at a tatttoo shop in Reno, NV called Lasting Dose Tattoo & Art Collective located at 888 S Virginia St. Their phone number is (775) 324-0666. The shop is located in the heart of Midtown and there is tons of parking on the side of the shop on E Taylor St as well as on Virginia St. Once you enter the shop, you will be greeted and asked to have a seat in the lobby and Tony will come get you after he sets up.

 

Q: Will Tony complete someone else's work?

A: Yes. But this is strictly a case by case basis. We can discuss speicifics further but Tony will need to the blessing of the original artist as well in order to finish the piece.

 

Q: Why doesn't Tony do certain styles listed in the form?

A: Tony has been tattooing for about 19 years now so over that span of time he's met some really incredible artists of every style imaginable, as well as developed as an artist himself. Tony has a very distinct pizazz he puts on the tattoos he does, but if Tony knows someone who can execute the tattoo of your dreams better than him, he will be the first to tell you and set you up with a referral to that artist. At the end of the day, we're here to give you what you want on your body forever and to support the artists that specialize in those styles.

 

Q: Will Tony do small tattoos?

A: No. Tony doesn't take on tattoos smaller than palm sized anymore. There's no reason to wait months to get a finger tattoo by Tony when another artist in the shop could do it the same day with the same quality. He has very limited time as is for appointment slots, let's support some other local artists and you get the tattoo you want even sooner. If you need help finding an artist, feel free to ask we have tons of recomendations for you.

 

Q: What forms of payments are accepted for my deposit and total cost of my tattoo?

A: Square (all major credit/debit cards), Venmo (@medellintattoo), Paypal (bulldoze24@gmail.com), or cash. Please do not send any funds until you have been asked to send a deposit to secure your appointment date. If sending via Venmo, ONLY use emojis do NOT use words like "deposit" "tattoo" etc. If you are sending a payment via Paypal use friends & family ONLY.
