PBC Book Fairs is HIRING for Set-Up & Take-Down Crew! We are heading into our busy season and need Specialists visit schools all over the Phoenix Metro Area and help them Set-Up their Book Fairs to fit their space. At the end of a Fair, specialists help pack the Fair neatly and set it to the side for PBC to come Pick-Up. If you like driving, or work for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc., this is a great opportunity to add some scheduled appointments into your day!

Primary Duties:
- Specialists provide Book Fair Set-Up, Merchandising, Re-Stock, and Take-Down services. These will occur on-site at the Book Fair.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
- PBC Book Fairs have both rolling cases and Table-Top sections. Set-Up includes case and table layout; linens, risers, and signage displays; unpacking and merchandising all books for sale; arranging each section according to PBC guidelines; and may include giving a tour the Fair and its features to the customer. Must be able to stand and lift up to 40 lb boxes.
- Take-Down services include boxing and packing away all remaining Book Fair materials and preparing them for Pick-Up and transit. Specialists may also need to take down any notes and concerns from customers and relay them to PBC.

- Re-Stocks are provided to Fairs on an as-needed case-by-case basis. Specialists will coordinate with PBC to determine availability and may be responsible for picking up restocks from the PBC warehouse and delivering them to the school.
