Membership Policies

7-Month & 12-Month Memberships

Start/End Dates

Memeberships begin on the first day of the month following the end of the 6-week trial. There is no charge for the classes between the end of the trial and the start of the membership. The membership end date will be the last day of the 7th or 12th month depending on the membership.

Membership Freeze

Memberships can be frozen for up to three months during the membership period. During the frozen months your account will still be charged. However, we will add those months as "free" months to the end of your membership. A membership freeze must be requested ahead of time.

Membership Cancelation

There is a $50 cancelation fee to end your membership early.

Month-to-Month Memberships

Memberships will begin at the time of sign up. The first month will be prorated and then billed monthly for any months after.

A membership cancelation must be requested one month ahead of time. There is no charge to cancel the membership.

AUTHORIZATION FOR PREAUTHORIZED FIXED WITHDRAWALS

I authorize KcK Wildfire INC or their Assignee, to debit the saved payment information under my parent portal account for monthly installments, monthly renewal fee, monthly service and maintenance fees, and any other charges owing by me under this Contract. Monthly fees will be automaticcly deducted on the 15th of each month unless payment is recieved at the front desk by the 10th of the month.

I have read this agreement and understand that once it is signed by me it is a legally binding and enforceable obligation and I agree to comply with all the provisions, terms and conditions as per back of this agreement set forth. I hereby authorize the holder of the agreement, firm or corporation, to communicate with any person, firm or corporation in respect to my creditworthiness. A copy of this agreement will be emailed to the email provided.
