UK Arrivals PCR Tests

This form is only for persons arriving back into the UK from a country not on the Red List (Red List = Quarantine in a Government Quarantine Hotel and use their tests). NOTE If you have an NHS App or Certificate showing you are double vaccinated you may only require a Day 2 test for arrivals, please check the latest UK government guidance on the link below. You must isolate until you receive a negative result. Each Test costs £130 plus any collection fee. Please ensure the tests you are booking meet the requirements of the latest guidance which is available here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-test-to-release-for-international-travel. Please check the official guidance carefully, the rules may change and we cannot be responsible if you have selected the wrong testing package for your country of departure, your status or dates. On your Passenger Location Form please select Location Medical Services as the Test to Release provider. Test results are normally sent by midnight for tests before 13:00 and next day if after that time, For optimal speed of result, please test as early as possible. Tests are performed at our Shepperton Test Centre: LOCATION MEDICAL SERVICES LTD, THE MEDICAL CENTRE, SHEPPERTON STUDIOS, STUDIOS ROAD, SHEPPERTON, TW17 0QD.
PLEASE NOTE: TESTING AT SHEPPERTON STUDIOS IS ONLY AVAILABLE MON - FRI 0900-1700.

A prepaid delivery (to you) and overnight Courier Service (to lab) package is available to allow simple return of tests on the required dates - however please note that this service is not currently available on weekends, collected on a FRIDAY will deliver to the Lab on Saturday (£10 surcharge will be added). No collections will be made SAT & SUN.

Please be certain these dates work for you. Key is Day 5 Test to Release, this should be on a weekday and ideally AM for the optimal chance of being released following a negative result sent to you on day 6 or early day 7. Testing for Test to Release on Day 6 or 7 may result in you having to quarantine for the full 10 days. If we are closed on Day 5 or do not have an AM appointment on Day 5, you may wish to select another testing provider.

You confirm agreement that your personal data will be stored by Location Medical Services Ltd and shared with the laboratory and NHS England. The results of the test will be shared with the person being tested AND UK Gov Test to Release Service and NHS Test & Trace. Before you pay for your tests please ensure you have read all of the information on this page. You will be provided with a DHSC Test to Release Booking Code once payment is processed on screen and via email. Once you have your Booking Code - Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. No changes of the automatically produced dates will be possible. You must be available on the next working day to Day 2 after your arrival. Day 5 after your arrival and Day 8. You must quarantine until you have received a negative test results 24-48hours after you have taken your day 5 test (witch will be the first working day after day 5).
