By sending us the registration, You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the policies mentioned here below.
You will pay only $250.00 during the initial registration process. The balance will be paid before the 1st incar session.
Note:- School pays $15.00 to the Ministry of Transportation for each registration, to update your driver record history. School will add $15.00 to your total invoice. We do not add any mark-up (profit) on this service.
01. I certify that the statements in this registration form are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation, Insurance Bureau of Canada and the MTO Course Inspector.
02. To be certified: You must successfully complete the entire course, consisting of 30 hours online and 10 hours in-car lessons within 8 months. It is the responsibility of the student to complete all course components within the designated timeframe.
03. Road test booking fee and the road test package price is not included in the BDE course fee.
04. The student must read, understand and agree to the school policy.
05. The BDE course is non transferable

School Policy
After starting the BDE course, if you leave the course in between for any reason, No Refund will be issued.
Successful completion of the BDE course means:
Completion of the entire Online curriculum and
Completion of full 10hrs In-Vehicle training, along with successful evaluation on last session
You must complete all 10hrs of your incar training to successfully complete in-car sessions. Remember to sign the incar sheet at the end of each session confirming the date, start and finish time of the lesson.
Reassure on last lesson that your BDE incar sheet is fully signed and dated for all 10hrs (both front and back of the sheet), as well remember to get your incar grades from your instructor, as last lesson will be your evaluation lesson.
If the sheet is not properly signed or is not filled with all the required info (your name, address, phone, driver license, dates of your lessons and your signatures beside each lesson and at the back of the sheet), then your certification process cannot be completed (as MTO will not accept an incomplete incar sheet). We advise the instructor about the same, but its your responsibility as a student also to ensure you sign at the end of each incar session.
In your evaluation lesson, You will need to demonstrate the ability to drive independently without any unsafe actions. Which means, you need to score minimum 76% in the incar evaluation test (Mock up test on the last session of incar) to successfully complete the incar component of the course. If you are unable to meet the standard, you will need more practice before we can conduct the 2nd evaluation test. The 2nd evaluation needs to be paid extra for the additional hour (Not part of the course fee). You may buy additional practice hours from school, if needed.
For any additional lessons/services, please contact the school directly, as the instructors are legally NOT allowed by the MTO to provide private lessons to G1 holders. If you choose to engage in such illegal act, this could affect your license and/or your certification. And we won't be liable for such acts (even if the instructor is suggesting or recommending such actions to students).The school has already instructed the instructors to strictly prohibit themselves from suggesting or selling private lessons to students. Hence, if any instructor asks or suggests such act, please bring to schools attention immediately.
To cancel a driving lesson, please notify the school via email with minimum 24 hours notice (phone calls or text messages will not be considered official communication, as communication via those methods can be easily missed). If you miss a lesson or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged extra for the full lesson cost.
If for any reason you do not complete the course within 8 months of start date, the certification process can be impacted. The Ministry requirement is to complete the full course within 12 months of course start date, after which the certification becomes null & void.
Refund Policy
No refund will be issued in any circumstances, once class room or in-car session has been started (whichever happens first).
If the classes are online, then there is NO refund once the student is enrolled in the classes and the login credentials have been shared with the student.
If the classes are in person, then no refund after 48hrs of registration to the school for the BDE course.
