Failure to return any of Metro Protection Agency uniforms, equipment, badges & patches after your employment with Metro Protection Agency has ended, will result in disciplinary actions of your check being held until items are returns or the cost of the items will be taken out of your last check. IF AN OFFICER RESIGNS OR IS TERMINATED FROM METRO PROTECTION, HE/SHE MUST RETURN THE COMPANY ISSUED "METRO PROTECTION AGENCY" METAL BADGE & RUBBER PATCHES TO CHIEF SMITH OR THEIR DESIGNATED SUPERVISOR. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AND POSSIBLY CRIMINAL CHARGES BEING PLACED AGAINST THE FORMER OFFICER.
