RV Park Code of Conduct/Policy Agreement Updated 2024 NO CHECK IN BEFORE 2 PM

Our Park endeavours to provide services that promote a safe, welcoming, positive and inclusive environment where differences are valued. All Customers, guests and staff are expected to be considerate, to respect other people and their rights, and to show proper care and regard for our property and the property of others. Any behaviour that violates our Code of Conduct may result in a ban from the property. If you refuse to vacate our park your RV or Camper will be towed at your expense. Our Park condemns harassment, denigration, discriminatory actions and the promotion of hatred. We will not tolerate, ignore, or condone discrimination or harassment and we are committed to promoting respectful conduct, tolerance and diversity at all times. Any BC Health Orders Must be Followed or you will be asked to leave. 

1. You must Register and Fully pay for your Campsite Site and agree to our policies and terms to Legally Occupy your Site.

2. Quiet time at our Park starts at 10:00 PM 

3. Fires Must Be Completely Extinguished by 11 PM You must have a Fire Permit to have a fire and will be asked by staff to present it during your stay. 

3. Check-In is after 2 pm and by 10 PM Since Gates will be Locked

4. Check-Out 11 am NO EXCEPTIONS (Subject to "I KNOW ITS CRAZY" Charges up to $100 an hour after check out could apply) We have had too many instances where people have not left and people show up and thier site is not vacant)

5. PER OUR CANCELLATION POLICY YOU AGREED TO DURING RESERVATION PROCESS: THERE IS NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES

6. CHECK YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU DID NOT BOOK A SITE WITH WATER YOU CAN GET WATER AT THE SANI DUMP BEHIND YOU
