Anytime you miss a day that was not an "Approved Day Off", it will result in an "Absentee". You are allowed two (2) absentees per year. Third absentee is grounds for termination.
"APPROVED DAY OFF" REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
EVEN IF YOU REQUEST YOUR DAY OFF IN THE APPROPRIATE TIME FRAME, IT DOESN'T GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL APPROVE YOUR REQUEST.
ANY ABSENTEE WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE MUST SHOW PROOF OF AN "EMERGENCY SITUATION" OR IT COULD RESULT IN TERMINATION.
REQUESTING TO LEAVE YOUR POST EARLY REQUIRES PROOF OF AN "EMERGENCY SITUATION" OR IT COULD RESULT IN TERMINATION.
NO CALL, NO SHOW IS CONSIDERED YOUR VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION. Unless you have Proof of an "Emergency Situation" which would be considered as a last minute, Doctor/Dental Office Visit Emergency Room Visit, Traffic Accident, Death of Family Member, No Childcare/Babysitter. Employees must show valid proof of emergency situations before returning to work.
