With Pandemic precautions, disclosure & acknowledgement
Families earn one vacation credit week (billed at 50% of regular tuition) for every six full months of continuous, on-time private-pay enrollment. Credits are awarded on each six-month enrollment anniversary and may be used only for full weeks (Monday–Friday). A maximum of two vacation credit weeks may be used in any rolling 12-month period; a previously used week drops off the limit exactly 12 months after it is taken. Requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks in advance, the account must be private-pay and in good standing with no outstanding balance, and vacation credits cannot be combined with any other discount or used during the child’s final two weeks of enrollment. We are always happy to confirm how many credits you currently have available.
