Note:-If there is any outstanding fee due with the drive test centre in order to book the test, that is the responsibilty of the student to pay. It is not part of Verma Driving School fee. If the road test gets cancelled for any reason, AFTER the instructor is already there to pick the student, the road test fee is non refundable and the student will need to pay again for the next road test booking.

By sending us the registration, You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the policies mentioned here below.

After submitting the form, proceed with initial deposit (as per the package you purchased) through e-transfer to school.

Once we receive your registration and deposit, we will work on your schedule as per your availabiltiy.

Once you have reviewed and accepted the schedule, you will pay the balance dues.

Only when you register for 10 hrs or more lessons, you have the option to pay the full balance before starting in-car lesson or pay the balance in 2 installments. 1st installment will be due before 1st in-car training and 2nd installment will be due before 5th hrs of the in-car training.

All services purchased, should be used within one year. Any left over service after a year, will be null and void, and will be non refundable.

Note- From past few weeks the drive test center is running late (not on scheduled time).Because of this, we need to sometimes cancel the next schedules in line. Hence,if you are purchasing a road test package, there will be a security deposit collected in addition to the package price. If the test runs any later than 15 minutes from scheduled time, you will be charged for additional hour . And if the test is 1hr or more than an hour late, then there will be another additional hour charged according to the # of hrs delayed. If the test runs on time or within 15 minutes of scheduled test time, then the full security will be refunded.

If the road test gets cancelled due to any reason, after the instructor is already there to provide the service- the students needs to pay again for the road test package.

Also Note- Do ALL communications regarding your services/incar schedules ONLY with the school, to avoid miscommunication and confusion. The school will NOT be responsible for any issues down the road, regarding communications made directly with the instructor.
Also for any additional lessons/services, please contact the school directly, as the instructors are legally NOT allowed by the MTO to provide private lessons to G1 holders. If you choose to engage in such illegal act, this could affect your license and/or your certification. And we won't be liable for such acts (even if the instructor is suggesting or recommending such actions to students).The school has already instructed the instructors to strictly prohibit themselves from suggesting or selling private lessons to students. Hence, if any instructor asks or suggests such act, please bring to schools attention immediately.
