ORDERING POLICIES

Please READ CAREFULLY before ordering. If these policies are not observed your order will be cancelled.
- You must be 15 years and over to order.

- As of now all orders take a maximum of 1-3 days to complete. If it can be done before or after that time, you will be notified. (Please keep this in mind when ordering).

- After your gift set has been made and is ready, you have a maximum of 3 days to have it delivered. Please do not order for weeks in advance.

- Please be sure that you would like to place your order and you have the necessary funds to pay when it is delivered as last-minute cancellations are frowned upon and you will be blacklisted.

- Only the items listed on this form would be available to be added to your set. NO OTHER ITEMS CAN BE ADDED OTHER THAN WHAT IS LISTED.

- Premade sets would not be customized.

- The time of your delivery is not determined by Hasani but by the drivers of the courier service, therefore we will have no control over the time your package will be delivered. the delivery driver will contact you beforehand.

- There would be no refunding/replacing of gift sets/gift set items due to customer negligence.
