These licenses are ones you should already have on hand, as it is legally required for your company and applicable stores to operate. The licensing requirements aren’t all the same. In fact, the license requirements may differ depending on the state you reside. However, it is very likely that you are required to have one or more tobacco and/or vapor product license(s) and business license(s). In addition, we would also require an image (PDF files if possible) of your current resellers permit or sales and use tax exemption certificate, your Employer Identification Number (FEIN), and contact information for both you and your business.
