- Before construction begins, if one is required, you must provide a copy of your Apache Junction city permit to the Roadhaven Architectural Office.
- If you are not on-site and are having permitted work completed, your contractor MUST pick up the window permit from the Front Office.
- Permits must be located so as to be readily visible from the street during the period the permit is effective and/or the work is in progress. Architectural Rules & Regulations, section D. Permit Application, Approval and Usage.
- Upon completion of work, your permit must be returned to the Front Office
