Please read the details and requirements for each product below. Complete this form by filling in your contact information, making your product selection, uploading your ad materials, and making a credit card payment.

ADVERTISEMENT DESCRIPTIONS & DETAILS
You can have your ad(s) appear for up to 90 days. Each quantity in the form signifies one 30-day period.

- One (1) banner on our website homepage for up to 30 days
- One (1) 30-day Job Board post
- One (1) Member E-Newsletter ad for the month of your choice
Homepage Banner - $250
Get your organization's banner across our website homepage for up to 30 days.
Job Board Post - $100
Promote a job opportunity at your organization for up to 30 days on our website Job Board.
Member E-Newsletter - $100
Share an ad with our 2,000 members through our monthly e-newsletter in the month of your choice.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Homepage Banner
- Image files only (JPG, JPEG, PNG)
- Minimum size: 300px wide
- Maximum size: 2000 x 1500
- Include URL to which banner should be linked
Job Board Post
- DOC or PDF files only
- Maximum 250 words or 1500 characters, including headline and descriptive text
- Clearly mark what text should be hyperlinked, if applicable.
Member E-Newsletter Ad
- Image file (JPG, JPEG, PNG), DOC or PDF file
- Minimum Image size: 300px wide
- Maximum Image size: 2000 x 1500
- Suggested length: maximum 250 words or 1500 characters, including headline and descriptive text
- You may include logo or other image file(s), and/or PDFs in your ad.
- Clearly mark what text should be hyperlinked and to what URL or PDF, if applicable.
- Member E-newsletter ads will be included in the next edition of the Member E-newsletter (sent approx. the second Wednesday of the month), unless otherwise specified in this form.
- E-Newsletter sent via Constant Contact.
FILE REQUIREMENTS
You will upload your ad materials as part of this form.
- Make sure files are named clearly.
- All image files must be high-resolution.
- Only upload the files you want used for your advertisement(s).
- Make sure files are uploaded to the dropbox marked for the product you are purchasing.
- All text documents should be DOC or PDF format.
- All image files should be JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.

All sponsors, exhibitors, and advertisers are subject to NASW-MN’s Sponsor/Exhibitor/Advertiser Policy.
Your ad will be processed within 5 business days from purchase. The 30-day posting period begins from the date of posting, not date of purchase. Member E-newsletter ads will be included in the next edition of the Member E-newsletter (sent approx. the second Wednesday of the month).
NASW-MN is not responsible for delays in posting advertisements due to incorrect files or formats, materials missing from your form's submission, or lack of response to email outreach regarding your purchase.
All ad materials may be subject to reformatting for optimal appearance and functioning on our website and/or e-newsletter.
