♦️During high-volume periods or extreme weather, we will schedule repairs by priority or need accordingly: repairs for safety, repairs for medical needs or repairs for no water or hot water.

♦️Service agreement members will not be charged a minimum service charge fee. You will only be responsible for the amount of the time our technician is assigned to your service call.
