Please note, as this is our first event, we are limited in the number of media credentials we will be able to approve this year.
Please submit ONE application per person. To apply for a Media Pass, read the guidelines below and click to proceed to the Official Application Form. Please remember this is only a request, and it may not be approved.
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY July 23, 2021. You will be notified of your application status by August 3, 2021. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
In order to be considered for media credentials, you MUST BE ON ASSIGNMENT. Exceptions may be made for freelancers with a solid track record of placement in quality publications. We ask that you share details of your advance and post-coverage plans. Additional consideration will be given for added social media exposure.
All approved journalists will receive a either a media pass for the weekend or a media ticket for a particular day. Travel is not included in either the Media Pass or Ticket.
Editors: Please have each member of your assigned staff apply for their own credential. If we cannot accommodate your whole team, we will contact you directly to make the appropriate arrangements.
Travel: The days of the event are Thursday, August 19 - Sunday, August 22, 2021. Accommodations are relatively limited in the area, while overnight stays at Salamander are not possible, unless paying a full rate. We can here to assist as much as we can, including suggested travel arrangements, program planning, flight suggestions, and more.
