The purpose of this agreement is to apply for a Trade Account and become a partner for access to Pure Parima's trade line. Our goods can only be purchased through an approved trade account for the following purposes: residential or commercial interior design projects, hospitality accommodations and commercial projects.
Goods purchased through Pure Parima may not be resold online or in-store on any platform including Amazon.com, Ebay.com, or any other e-commerce or retail platform.
Pre-approval must be acquired to resell Pure Parima products in any retail or e-tail location(s).
SERVICES & RETURNS
New Accounts
A certificate of re-sale must be uploaded below in the respective document holder or emailed to info@pureparima.com prior to an order being processed.
In order to enjoy wholesale discounting, orders must meet the minimum order quantity set forth by your sales representative.
A notification of your new Pure Parima account and status will be sent to you within five working days.
If you will be paying via credit card please complete the section above labeled Credit Card and Holder Information.
All pending orders will be processed after the accounting department has received the above required information.

How To Order
You may submit your purchase order to info@pureparima.com or you may also go to our website at pureparima.com and purchase using your special account discount code provided to pay via credit card.

Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront and orders must be signed by Owner/Buyer. There is a minimum order quantity requirement for Sheet Sets and Duvet Cover Sets, in both cases minimums are per collection and provided by your sales representative.
Final delivery of your custom order will vary between 30 days and 120 days based on fabric availability.
Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned.
Size limitations may vary between collections. Please contact customer service for additional information.
Shipping
Pure Parima shops for the best possible shipping rates and methods of shipping to ensure the lowest possible freight rate.
If you have a preferred carrier or special requirements, please notify us in writing to ensure all such procedures are followed.
We also accommodate 3rd party shipping requests. Please note this on your order.
Residential and rural areas will incur additional freight charges.

Condition of Sale
Placement of order with Pure Parima constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Warranty
Every Pure Parima product is warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the original purchase date. Pure Parima may repair or replace at its discretion without charge.
Please note, our retail products are specifically designed for residential use and have not been tested per commercial standards.
To file a claim under this Limited Warranty, please contact customer service at info@pureparima.com.
Proof of original purchase and photographs are required.
Dealer is expected to inspect all customer claims.

Customer’s wholesale cost of product constitutes the maximum liability that Pure Parima will consider on any claim.
Return Policy
Pure Parima proudly stands behind every product we sell with a goal of 100% satisfaction for our customers. We have outlined our return policy to ensure that any and all problems are efficiently resolved in a timely manner. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt with the driver present. Any damage should be refused at the time of delivery and noted by the carrier.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect and open the package thoroughly with the driver present. Goods damaged in transit must be refused at time of delivery. It is possible that the outside packaging is intact while the product inside was damaged in transit.
If unable to open and inspect immediately at the time of delivery, please write “Subject to Inspection” on shipping documents before signing for delivery. Please note clearly any obvious issues or signs of damage such as torn packaging, rips, etc.
If damage is not noted at time of delivery, call the carrier to amend the Bill of Lading prior to returning the shipment. The shipping company or Pure Parima cannot be held liable if BOL/Shipping document is signed and damage is not noted by the receiver.
Verify your BOL/Shipping document for number of packages and note any items which have not been received.
Please call customer service immediately at 609.917.7755 and notify us that you have received/refused a damaged item.
A reorder for the damaged/defective item will be processed once a new PO is received.

All Returns
Items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt without penalty.
Product must be unopened, unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging.
Pure Parima does not accept returns on any item after 30 days from receipt.
Any item returned without an RMA can be refused at the customer’s expense. A RMA request must be submitted to info@pureparima.com before returning an item.
For your protection, we recommend that all shipments be sent back with a tracking number and proper insurance.
Once the item is received and inspected at Pure Parima, a credit (not including freight) for the item will be issued to your account. If you maintain a prepay account and require a check to be issued, please contact our accounting department to request a check refund by contacting us at nancy@hmnewyork.com
An RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package for all returns including sample returns.
Non-Defective Returns/ Merchandise Adjustment
Pure Parima’s products made with various fabric constructions woven with 100% Certified Egyptian Cotton. Colors may vary slightly between dye lots and individual weaves. Slight pattern irregularities are normal.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with receiving and returning any non-defective product.
Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee per item returned.
Swatch Book Requests
Swatch books containing fabric and all colors of our Yalda, Hira and Ariane collection is available upon request and will be mailed for free via USPS.
