Please be aware the completion of this form is only to make the Transportation Department aware of your interest for bus services. Your child may be placed on a waiting list.

We make every effort to provide bus service to all students who request it. Seats will be filled on a 1st come 1st serve basis. If your student does not currently ride the bus and you are interested in bus service, please complete the form below.

This year all students will have their temperature taken daily before they are allowed on the bus. Parents should not leave the stop until their students are allowed to board the bus. Face masks will also be required on the bus. If your student is sick or running a temperature, do not bring them to the bus stop. They will not be allowed on the bus.

If your child is offered bus services, please arrive at the bus stop 10 minutes prior to the scheduled leave time. It is important for all contact information to be updated with Admissions to ensure the safety of our students. If you have any questions, please contact the Transportation Dept. at (719) 583-1030 Ext. 625.

Students who are not picked up on time in the afternoon will be returned to school.
