MPA Request to Compete in a Higher or Lower Classification
This form is to be used when schools wish to "apply up" or "apply down" in classification. Schools that apply to compete in a higher or lower classification do so in that sport and must remain in the classification for two years to coincide with the classification cycle.

Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the submission of schedules.
