Nufree hair removal should not be combined with other products. Your aesthetician will only be using Nufree approved epilating strips, applicators, erasing lotion if needed, and finipil antiseptic will be applied to instantly cool and protect the now empty follicle.
Please specify if you are using the following: Retin A, Adapalene, Isotretinoin, Clindamycin, Tazarotene, Acitretin, Bexarotene, Alitretinoin, Fluocinolone, Hydroquinone.
Have you been taking Accutane or Isotretinoin in the past 6 months?
Are you currently undergoing any chemical peels, dermabrasion, facial surgery, or laser treatments?
Are you using any over-the-counter products that contain glycolic acid, alpha hydroxy acids, benzoic acids, benzoyl peroxide, or salicyclic acids?
Are you taking any medication that can cause thinning of the skin?
Are you taking any medications that may cause water retention?
Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
In order for your technician to perform an efficient hair removal you must have at least 7 to 10 days hair growth for your first appointment. Your second appointment must be made a minimum of 3-4 weeks after your first.

I agree to notify my provider if I have any open lesions, active herpes, or cold sore(s).

I agree to inform my provider if I am on my menstrual cycle.

I agree to all safety post care including: no peels, tanning, no swimming or hot tubs, no sex for 48 hours after waxing and all home skin care protocols as recommended by my service provider.

I am aware that there are often inherent risks associated with waxing and I may have unfavorable results such as, but not limited to, allergic reactions, irritation, burning, redness, scarring, soreness, etc. By signing below, I further agree that I will not hold my provider, or establishment responsible should any of the above occur. I further understand that it’s my responsibility to inform my provider if any of the above changes.
