You must use one entry form per horse/rider combination.

Every show day has its own entry form(s). There are a total of 2 entry forms, one for Friday, one for Sunday.
1. Please choose your clinic fee (member or non-member) and also if you wish to ride schooling rounds at the end of the clinic.
2. There is no trailer-in fee.
3. If you are stabling you must provide a $50 refundable check upon check-in for your stall strip fee (you will get it back when you have cleaned your stall).
4. Next scroll down, check the hold harmless agreement box, then fill out all the necessary information.
5. Submit and pay via PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account for this.
6. Don't forget your proof of vaccination
