I fully commit to remand the agreed upon lifetime Royalty/Rev Share of 10% to HSRA for each client gained through HSRA and/or Members, other Affiliate or Referral Partners, Membership, Events, Referrals, etc. since the initial working relationship and thereafter, for any products, memberships, services, or other income producing events that relate to clients gained from affiliation with HSRA. HSRA will, in turn, pay 10% in referrals to your company in like manner.
