What this Means:
By signing below, you're confirming your participation in the Light Baths artistic photography session. I retain full ownership and rights to all images created, which may be shared publicly, used in galleries, publications, and promotional materials. You retain rights to use images for personal portfolio and social media sharing, but not for commercial use or printing.
Full Agreement:
I (the "Model"), for good and valuable consideration, hereby grant to Jarid Blumenthal ("Artist"), his legal representatives, assignees, and those acting under his authority, the absolute and unrestricted permission to copyright, use, and/or publish photographic portraits or pictures of the Model, including negatives, transparencies, prints, or digital files in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, in whole or in part, composite, distorted, or as derivative works in any medium or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, in any media for advertising or any other lawful purpose.
Model hereby relinquishes any right to examine or approve the finished product, advertising copy, or printed matter used in connection with these images, or the use to which they may be applied. Model waives any ownership and publication rights in connection with the Pictures. Digital files are provided for personal viewing and online sharing only - no printing, reproduction, or commercial use is permitted without written permission from Artist. Model agrees they have no right to sell, license or publish any of the Pictures in any format to any person or entity.
Model releases Artist and his affiliates, officers, agents, servants, or employees from any claims for remuneration or any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the use of these images, and waives all claims, demands, actions and causes of action arising from any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the photography session or while on the premises where the session was performed.
Model represents that they are 18 years of age or older and have the right to contract in their own name.
