HOW TO ENTER

1.REGISTER. Fill out registration form and email to battleatthefort3on3@gmail.com or hand deliver to Spanish Fort High School (ATTN: Coach Jimbo Tolbert) by July 19, 2021. Registration may close earlier than the deadline if all divisions are filled.

2.PAYMENT. Pay online at https://baldwincoal.csiepay.com/Views/Payment/Pay.aspx and follow instructions below:
- From the payment page, select Spanish Fort High School
- In the Parent Name field, enter your team’s name.
- In the Student First Name field, enter the team captain’s first name.
- In the Student Last Name field, enter the team captain’s last name.
- Complete Address, city, state, zip, email and phone fields.
- Scroll down and click the arrow for Basketball Boys.
- Select Battle at the Fort.
- Complete Payment. $100 per team.
3.PRINT AND SIGN WAIVERS. Each participant must have a signed waiver. All waivers for participants under the age of 18 must include a parent signature. Waivers can be emailed to battleatthefort3on3@gmail.com, or they can be turned in at registration the day of the event.

4.Review the rules for the 3 on 3 tournament.

5. Team check in begins at 9:00am on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the new gym at Spanish Fort High School.
